Step on Safety QuartzGrip Solid Top GRP Panels are suitable for a variety of industrial applications and environments. Effectively a standard mesh panel with an anti-slip flooring plate bonded to one side, the solid surface allows smoother movement of wheeled traffic, prevents objects falling through to the level below, and when used as a cover or lid, provides odour retention for storage tanks etc.

QuartzGrip Solid Top GRP panels are strong but considerably lighter than concrete, allowing significant savings on installation time, transport costs and labour time. Applications include anti-slip flooring, industrial flooring, platform bridges, decking, access platforms and trench covers. The lightweight panels can also be used to make manhole covers or access hatches complete with lifting slots, stainless steel hinges or handles which can be manufactured to suit one or two man material handling limits.

GRP solid top flooring mitigates the risk of slips, trips and falls with the panels finished in a hard-wearing anti-slip gritted surface – compliant with national and international recognised Health & Safety standards. Installation is quick & simple with our range of GRP fixings.
