Starting Out

It all starts with a site survey. You can provide your own or we can come and do one for you. Once we have those measurements, we can put together a detailed quote, broken down into elements so you can see exactly what everything costs. The quotation will include delivery and, if required, installation. When the order has been placed, we’ll send out one of our construction industry Site Supervisors to look at the potential issues our installers may have. He’ll be looking at the available space for storing materials, lifting equipment on site and how we’ll access the location. For example, we need to know in advance if the fabrication needs to be carried manually upstairs or if the install site is a great distance from the delivery point.

Next Steps

We’ll check resource availability and agree a delivery schedule with you so that you can be organised for our arrival. Our CAD team will produce detailed drawings for your teams to sign off. Those drawings then go to our workshop where our highly qualified and experienced fabricators cut the materials to size and construct your order. At this point it will be quality checked by our QC Manager and by the Business Development Manager.

Over to you

The fabrication will, if necessary, be broken down into manageable modules prior to delivery. This is where the information gathered by the Site Supervisor comes in. The modules are then loaded onto vehicles and sent to your site in time for our installation team to arrive. Experienced in the requirements of working within the construction industry – whether on a new build or a refurbishment, the site team will organise their working space, construct any access equipment and set up edge protection if required. They’ll rebuild the fabrication and fix it down, making any minor adjustments needed. GRP is non-sparking and easy to cut so doesn’t require hot works permits. If you’ve chosen to install it yourself, we’ll make sure you have all the fixings you need before you start.

Sign Off

When we’re happy with what we’ve done we’ll invite you to take a look, point out any snagging and confirm that you are 100% happy with the finished product. We take pride in providing the very best service and will not handover until you are satisfied with everything.
