You are required to store all hazardous materials and oils within a bund/spill tray. The guidelines state that a single drum should be stored on a spill tray capable of containing 25% of the volume. Multiple drums and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) should be contained within a bund capable of holding 110% of the largest container or 25% of the total volume whichever is greater.
